Our passionate expert team

Our motivated team, which is always there for you with passion and creativity, is more important than the nice ambience and the awards. Our master chef Jürgen Perlinger, in Hotel Warmbaderhof since 2006, and his team delight the guests of our restaurant with their delicious creations and sumptuous break from tradition, while pastry chef and chief confectioner Michaela Neumayr, in Hotel Warmbaderhof since 1994, and her team seduce you with sweet temptations. Of course, not to forget our experienced service team who cater for your all-round comfort.

Our high-quality products

The high quality of our products and dishes is of the highest priority for us. We value regionality and seasonality, that’s why we change our restaurant’s menu card to suit the season. All dishes are freshly prepared and we abstain 100% from using artificial flavours or chemical additives in our kitchen and pastry shop. The best natural foods from local producers and from the Alpe-Adria region are of particular importance to us. We also use products from our own farming, such as home-bred Alpine oxen, chars from the Ofnerhof on the Gerlitzen mountain and game from our own hunt. In our pastry shop we also rely on traditional craftsmanship.

Our history rich in tradition

The Warmbaderhof, surrounded by 20ha of healthy nature, meadows and forests, has been family-owned for 200 years,   Even the ancient Romans bathed here 2000 years ago. For the King of Saxony, archdukes and countless others, it was the first choice when it came to relaxation as a healthy pleasure. Due to the constant development of the areas of medicine & tourism, combined with the 10 million litres of thermal waters that bubble up from the depths of the Dobratsch every day, today the ThermenResort has more than 650 employees who work with commitment and pleasure for the benefit of the guests as well as numerous employees and their families who are part of our company. We have been proud bearers of the Austrian national coat of arms for more than 40 years and are delighted to be a training centre for young talents and apprentices.
