We have prepared our excellent fresh pastries every morning since 1969. The highest quality and pure enjoyment –that is our daily aspiration when it comes to eating in Villach. We choose high-quality ingredients carefully, if possible, from the Carinthian region, which we then use to create traditional recipes and fine unique sweets. Every day we knead, churn, bake, decorate and, refine the products of our pastry shop in Villach until our guests are served a masterpiece.
On average, 400 to 600 slices of cake leave the premises of our pastry shop in Villach by the time the sun sets – an indication that our guests cannot resist the temptation.
